Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling services, creating an account, or enrolling in a membership plan with Demigod Professional Cleaning Services ("Demigod," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Demigod provides exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to decline service at any property at our sole discretion, including properties with unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, or inaccessible areas.

3. Membership Program

The Demigod Home Protection membership program ("Membership") provides recurring services and member pricing discounts. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file.

• Memberships renew automatically each month unless cancelled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Unused included services do not roll over to the next period
• Member pricing discounts apply only while membership is active and in good standing
• Demigod reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days' written notice

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service or as specified in your membership agreement. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. Returned payments may incur a fee.

Promo code SQUEAKYCLEAN provides 10% off a single service booking and cannot be combined with membership discounts or other offers.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Property Access & Safety

You are responsible for providing safe access to your property, including gate codes, access instructions, and securing pets. Our technicians will not enter areas that appear unsafe.

Please remove or secure fragile items, outdoor furniture, and valuables before your scheduled service. Demigod is not liable for damage to unsecured items.

7. Limitation of Liability

Demigod carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from deferred maintenance, or damage to items not disclosed prior to service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to damage claims or services affected by weather after completion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed (Arizona or Pennsylvania, as applicable). Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active members of material changes by email.
