Membership Term
Membership requires a minimum twelve-month commitment.
Payment Method Requirement
A valid payment method must be securely stored through QuickBooks Payments before membership benefits become active. Demigod Professional Cleaning Services does not directly store customer credit card information.
Service Billing
Services are billed when performed at the applicable membership rate. Memberships are not monthly service plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Exterior Service Authorization
For exterior-only services that do not require homeowner access, the member authorizes Demigod Professional Cleaning Services to perform scheduled work after reasonable advance notice has been provided.
Customer-Scheduled Services
Services requiring homeowner access, including interior window cleaning, must be scheduled by the member during the applicable service period.
Cancellation and Trip Charges
Appointments requiring homeowner access must be canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four hours in advance. If Demigod Professional Cleaning Services arrives on-site and cannot perform the service due to lack of access, refusal of service, locked gates, loose animals, or last-minute cancellation, a trip charge may apply.
Unused Services
Unused services requiring homeowner scheduling may be carried forward for up to ninety days into the following membership term. After the grace period expires, unused services are forfeited and have no cash value.
Early Membership Cancellation
If membership is canceled before completion of the initial twelve-month term, Demigod Professional Cleaning Services reserves the right to recover discounts previously applied to completed services.
Pricing Disclaimer
Pricing is based on standard residential properties with safely accessible gutters, windows, solar panels, and exterior surfaces. Final pricing may vary based on accessibility, height, roof pitch, ladder requirements, screen removal, panel configuration, excessive debris, hard water staining, oxidation, safety considerations, or other site-specific conditions. Membership discounts will apply to the final approved service price.
Solar Panel Clause
Solar panel cleaning discounts apply when solar panels are present on the property. If no solar panels exist, all remaining membership benefits remain fully valid.
